In Spain, the youth unemployment rate dropped by 36.47% in 2022, according to a report by the Institute of Youth of the Ministry of Social Rights and the 2030 Agenda. Would you like to help youngsters that are still looking for a job to improve their skills?

For yet another year, the Repsol Foundation is collaborating with the Iter Foundation in Implicados, an initiative aimed at young people at high risk of social marginalization, who are given comprehensive training to help them find a job and, in particular, green jobs.

By collaborating in this initiative, you will help young people to put into practice what they have learned, by means of simulated personal interviews and group activities, and finally reviewing what has been learned, thereby improving their skills so they can successfully undertake a job interview and increase their prospects of finding and staying in a job.

Objectives:

• Make the most of our volunteers' knowledge to benefit a social organization.

• Contribute to ensure inclusive and quality education for all and promote lifelong learning.

• Contribute to help improve the quality of life of certain groups in highly vulnerable situations.

• Help youngsters to develop personally and professionally.
