Description:

As part of the Professional Volunteering project, the Repsol Foundation is launching this challenge to assist Fundación Alas with implementing a social entrepreneurship project based on recovering, transforming, and reusing urban waste.

In this initiative, Repsol volunteers will assist the organization with the process of transforming jobs for people with intellectual disabilities at its Occupational Training, Opportunities, and Job Placement Center (COFOIL) into a circular productive model based on recovering, transforming, and reusing urban waste.

Objectives:

The challenge seeks to develop a sustainable productive activity that offers occupational education and training to people with intellectual disabilities in the area of the circular economy and ecological transition.

Aimed at: Employees, interns/trainees.

Registration: Once the registration period has ended, we will select the volunteers who best fit the professional profiles identified to meet this challenge.
