According to the latest report from the Spanish State Secretariat for Employment and Social Economy, youth unemployment (<24 years old) dropped from 47.4% to 41.1% in the first quarter of 2021 in Spain. Would you like to help youngsters that are still looking for a job to improve their skills?

Discover this activity where Repsol Volunteers help youngsters at risk of social exclusion to develop personally and professionally by giving a series of workshops and leading activities to put what they have learnt into practise on a virtual platform.

This initiative, which is developed by Fundación Iter, aims to improve these youngsters’ skills so they can successfully undertake a work interview, thereby increasing their prospects of finding and staying in a job.
